Kerry Proctor

Chief of Staff & Client Relations

Kerry (she/her) is an accomplished professional with nearly three decades of experience working with C-suite executives. As the Chief of Staff & Client Relations, she works closely with senior management to meet company objectives, improve systems and processes, manage HR activity, support clients and the sales process, and contribute to corporate strategy. She also currently handles much of our Operations area activities. Combining her passion for advancing DEI initiatives with executive partnership, she has found a home here at Diversity Science.

Through her work, Kerry not only enjoys supporting the company and its employees, but also loves having the opportunity to support our clients in achieving their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Before joining Diversity Science, Kerry worked in both government and manufacturing industries. She holds a BS in Business Management specializing in Communication and a Master’s Certificate in Contract Administration. When not working, you can often find her gardening or hiking the beautiful trails of the Pacific Northwest.
