Live and Blended Learning Options for Health Care Organizations and Professionals
What clients are saying
Your training on unconscious bias and stereotype threat – I found them very thorough and engaging. I particularly appreciated the resource section…
“The results galvanized us. Showed us things we cannot ignore.”
It is wonderful to work with like-minded consultants with such a commitment to inclusion, diversity, and to taking a science-based approach.
“…it’s not just that you provided us with the data we need to move forward – its that you explain things in a way that brings it to life. Nobody has ever explained things the way you have.”
This was fabulous! Thank you for the presentation.
This is one of the best leadership development sessions I’ve attended. I’d encourage it to be a required session for all (their organization) leaders.
The trainer has a very calm/soothing approach. They did a nice job of creating an environment where everyone seemed to be comfortable sharing. A very skilled teacher and facilitator. Thank you.
[The facilitator]…is the perfect balance of teacher and peer–made me feel like he was teaching me and supporting me at the same time.
The course instructor was excellent. I appreciated that she was very attuned to the comments and reactions of the board members participating in the session.
I was pleasantly surprised how well the individuals on my team who have expressed doubts about this topic received it and observed that it indeed applies to us. I credit your experience, academic backgrounds and evidence-based conceptual approach, as well as your mindful, attentive presences. Our team has more work to do and I anticipate we will likely engage you in the future.
What I liked most about it is that it highlighted some of our leadership struggles and framed the conversation in a way that psychological safety, appreciating diverse input from diverse individuals, and having a learning mindset are really all part of the same discussion. Diversity can’t really be separated from the others.
… these are meaningful and timely new resources for Perinatal Healthcare Professionals!
I really appreciated the thoughtful, kind, and gentle approach, particularly acknowledging that everyone is coming from their own unique place in their DEI journey.
It’s very important to us that we work with people who are evidence-based. Your team has just the right mix of expertise and practical knowledge to be credible to our staff.

“Thank you for all you did. Your report was very compelling, and I think the presentation of results helped the Board (of Governors) understand the issue. I felt like the energy changed in the room – in a good way.”
What I liked most, Honestly, was the humility of the presenters and the entire approach of presenting this topic …I especially liked the discussion about implicit biases.
Thank you!! So grateful to be on this journey with you!

I am so glad to have been working with Diversity Science leading up to this specific time in American history- I have drawn on our discussions and the information you’ve given us repeatedly.
“Thank you for the way you measured and told us about our strengths, made it much easier to think about the ways we want to improve.”
These are essential tools and strategies that providers can use to create change personally and at the system level. Also, these are tools to address these issues head on, and not avoid talking about it.
The evidence-based approach was refreshing and I was pleased that it was accessible to most while also including new points and clarifications to those of us already familiar with the concepts.
Thank you for dedicating time to this important priority. The time went by very quickly and the facilitator/educator was outstanding. She was clearly an expert in the field but she modeled humility in the way she taught. She wasn’t preachy. She created a safe space to learn. And she provided some very practical, applicable tools for how to managing and advancing this work.
This information would have been so helpful to me about 25 years ago!
I appreciated the science-based approach to understanding and navigating DEI as a board.
I appreciate that (most) everyone went through the training and that we have this shared experience and content to continue our work together.
This program was amazing. It gave me tools and strategies that will help me be a more effective leader and team member. I’m excited to keep learning more!
