The Dignity in Pregnancy and Childbirth project is focused on implicit bias and reproductive justice in perinatal care. This project provides free interactive training and resources on implicit bias and reproductive justice to eliminate inequities in perinatal heath outcomes. This work is led by Rachel Hardeman, PhD, MPH, and Diversity Science, and is available to all ILPQC hospital teams participating in the Birth Equity Initiative.
