How to Calculate Your Investment

  • Price per learner depends on the number of learners. The first column shows the minimum and maximum number of learners in a pricing tier
  • Find the row that fits your learner number
  • If under 3,000 learners, find the pricing in the column for a single course per learner or the full catalog per learner
  • If there are over 3,000 learners, the price per learner is the same regardless of the number of courses
  • Multiply your number of learners by the price shown to calculate your investment.
  • If you are a non-profit or educational organization, you are eligible for a 20% discount.

Examples

Amazing Hospital has 3,205 staff (learners). Their per-learner fee is shown in tier 3,000 – 3, 999 and is $22.00 per learner. They can access the full catalog at that volume level (over 3,000) for the same price as the single course fee. They multiply 3,205 by $22 to arrive at $70,510. They are a non-profit so they take a 20% discount, calculated by multiplying $70,510 by 80%. Their investment is $56,408.

Great Primary Care Clinic is a non-profit and would like to access one course with 55 learners. They find that the per-learner price for a single course in the 2 – 99 tier is $21.60. They multiply the number of learners (55) by $21.60 to find that their investment is $1,188.

Amazing Company has 20 staff people who would like to complete the training. At that pricing tier, they would need to invest $27.00 per learner for a total of $540.00

Best Manufacturer has 5,200 employees who will complete the training. At that volume level, they can access the inclusive workplace courses for $20.00 an employee for a total investment of $104,000.

What if I want 2 courses for my learners?

You are free to select the only course or courses you want. However, in our evaluations, learners wanted more, and we wanted them to have access to the courses they wanted, so we lowered our standard price for the full catalog to increase access.

Is CE/CME available?

Yes, priced separately. Contact us.

Can we provide these courses using our own Learning Management System?

Yes, we can provide the courses in SCORM format that works on 99% of Learning Management Systems.

Can we send our learners to your LMS to complete the courses?

Yes, we welcome that option.

Can you set up a webpage with our branding for our learners?

Yes, that is an optional add-on.

Can we get progress and completion reports?

Yes, that is an optional add-on.

Can I review your courses before deciding?

Yes, if you are reviewing courses for your organization. Contact us, and we will set that up.

Can we really name our own price?

Yes, really. We created these courses to make a difference. We want to reduce barriers to making that difference, including barriers due to price.*
