Fred Wills (pronouns: he/him) is a Principal Consultant at Diversity Science. He is a thought leader on diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational development, culture and climate and its impact on organizational performance and change.
Mr. Wills entered the consulting world following his accomplished work as the DEI leader for internationally and nationally recognized healthcare organizations including Mayo Clinic and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He brings deep insight into the varied perspectives and needs of diverse workforces and the inner workings and dynamics of complex organizations. He divides his time between his work with the Diversity Science team and Inclusiastic.
