Amy (pronouns: she/her) is passionate about using social science to create measurable change. As a part of the data insights team, Amy works with our clients to collect the data needed to better understand their unique climate and determine the appropriate actionable, evidence-based steps to take to achieve a more inclusive and equitable environment.
Prior to joining Diversity Science, Amy worked at the College Transition Collaborative, implementing evidence-based psychological interventions at scale to create equitable outcomes for students in higher education.
Amy holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her previous research in psychology has focused on cross-cultural differences, intergroup relations, and psychological interventions.
When not at work you can find Amy training for long distance triathlon and spending time with her partner and two young kids.
